ODM is a consulting firm specializing in performance effectiveness for banks, retailers, manufactures and government agencies.  We assist our business partners in achieving their vision by implementing custom designed programs to meet strategic business goals and objectives.  In addition, ODM assists it’s clients in recruiting the most talented and experienced professionals in the South Florida market.

Company President, Jorge L. Garcia, founded ODM Performance Solutions, Inc. to fill a void that he experienced as an executive.  A need that was not being met by any one consulting firm.  In his career as a bank senior manager, he often found himself leaving a meeting with yet another project to manage.  He believed this was probably happening to most senior managers.  He felt that most had little time or the experienced staff to complete the project. 

He found that there was never one place he could turn to.  Yes, he could hire a consulting firm to do one part of the project, but he could never find a company that could manage the whole project from start to finish. 

ODM was founded for the sole purpose of assisting executives in dealing with the inevitable moment when a major project is placed in their hands, which are already overflowing with tasks, duties and responsibilities.  That moment when they say to themselves, “how am I going to get this done!” 

ODM puts extensive project management at the disposal of organizations looking to improve their processes and develop their staff.  Prior to founding ODM Performance Solutions Inc., company president, Jorge L. Garcia, held positions as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator, Director of Sales and Marketing and VP / Director of Training & Organizational Development for Florida companies with staffs as large as 900 employees.  He is a former President of the Miami Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development and also sat on the board for the Center for Financial Training (formerly AIB).
