Jorge L. Garcia, President and CEO of ODM Performance
Solutions, Inc. is a graduate of Florida International University.
Prior to joining ODM Jorge worked for more than 17 years in the South
Florida banking industry. He
began his banking career as a Part-time Teller and grew to hold
positions as SVP/Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Training
& Organizational Development for organizations with staff as large as
900 employees. In the past five years, Jorge has guided ODM to become a
1st choice resource for organizations looking to obtain their business
goals and objectives more easily through:
- Out-sourced Project Management focused on improving customer
service and sustained sales cultures.
- Out-sourced Organizational Development and Industrial Engineering
focused on improving operational efficiencies and standardizing work
flows.
- Out-sourced Training Departments that instructionally designs
using performance objectives specific to the client
- Executive Search services helping ODM clients find the most
talented professionals.
Jorge has worked with notable companies in various industries to
include: Elizabeth Arden, Great Florida Bank, Eastern Financial Credit

Navarro Pharmacies, Caribbean Sun Airlines and others. Jorge has
facilitated hundreds of seminars in sales, customer service, supervisory
skills, management skills, and leadership development. He is also an
accomplished instructional designer. Jorge served as president of the
Miami Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and
frequently attends meetings and functions of civic organizations
throughout the community.

A. Anthony Noboa (Tony), SVP of Business Development, began his banking career at the
predecessor of Sun Trust Bank in Miami, the Miami Beach First National
Bank, in 1959 as a Management Trainee in the Operations Department.
Subsequently he became Vice President and Branch Manager of the Miami
Beach office overseeing all branch and business development functions.
Tony went on to work with Intercontinental Bank, Sunset Commercial Bank,
and Jefferson National Bank, Beach Bank, in senior positions including
Executive Vice President and Bank Director. Tony holds a BSBA from the
University of Florida. He is also a graduate of the school of Banking
of the South, at Louisiana State University and National Commercial
Lending School, at Oklahoma University.
Tony’s wealth of experience and local contacts can help any
organization achieve its growth goals. In addition to his professional
experience Tony has served on various charitable boards as Director and
President to include: United Cerebral Palsy of Miami, Kiwanis Club,
Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Bank Administration Institute and many
others.

Sandy Weinzweig, Senior Executive Recruitment
Consultant, was born and raised in New York. Sandy
is a graduate of Hofstra University in New York. Sandy spent most of
her career in Recruiting both owning and partnering in Recruiting
Agencies in mid-town Manhattan and South Florida. Over the past fifteen
years, Sandy’s clients have included some of the top Fortune 500 and 100
firms in New York and South Florida. Sandy’s has extensive experience in
assisting to help staff businesses at all levels in all industries
including: Advertising, Publishing, Marketing, Media, Fine Arts and
Finance. Sandy also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Commercebank, N.A.
prior to joining ODM Performance Solutions, Inc. Her strong instincts,
hard work, loyalty, and professionalism have earned her the gratitude of
both clients and candidates throughout her career.

Angela M. Fallen, Senior Account Executive, is a professional with 17 years of
banking and corporate experience, incorporating relationship management,
financial and credit analysis and project management. She has eight
years of experience with Bank of America as a Credit Analyst in
Corporate Banking in Atlanta, GA and more recently as a Vice President
and Client Manager in Business Banking in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Angela’s
banking career also includes 7 years with Wachovia Bank as a Vice
President and Relationship Manager in the Government and Institutional
Banking Group in Baltimore, MD and Atlanta, GA. In addition, she spent
two years as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Atlanta Olympic
Committee for the Olympic Games. Angela has a BS degree from Florida
A&M University and a MBA from Clark Atlanta University.

Kim Garcia, SVP of Administration, is a graduate of Florida International
University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and she brings to ODM
her experience in compliance, recruiting, and teaching. Kim has worked
for more than 10 years in the health care industry. She created audit
tools as well as serving as a liaison between the state and the health
plan. She also was responsible for conducting oversight to ensure
compliance with other health care providers. For some years prior to
entering the health care industry Kim worked as a recruiter and soon
after managed a local personnel agency placing permanent and temporary
staff. More recently, Kim changed careers to become a teacher and
taught for several years in the Broward community before joining ODM.
