MONTHLY RETAINER SERVICE AGREEMENT
On an on-going basis, ODM will review your job openings and search for the best available candidates for each job stipulated. ODM will refer possible candidates directly to the Human Resources Department for further interview processing. You will make the final hiring decision.

The Monthly Retainer Service Agreement is a “Tiered Fee” program based on ODM’s ability to perform referenced services. The “Tiered Fee” is based on either the jobs salary level or the total number of jobs filled by ODM during a 30 day period. The fees below are based on a twelve month agreement.
