Instructional Design Services

ODM designs complete training programs for its clients using performance objectives. The client provides the topic and we do the rest. ODM would perform the first two stages of its Training Project Management methodology and deliver the training program you envisioned from the start.  Research, SME interviews and sight visits would be necessary to properly design a training program.  The finished product would include a fully animated presentation along with the accompanying training manual.  The manual would include snap shots of the presentation.  ODM would supply a hard copy of the manual and a copy of the manual and presentation on CD.  ODM will conduct train the trainer sessions or facilitate the program for you.
